What Fellow Players Are Saying
I'm so happy with how it turned out!! Jan is truly amazing! She was able to bring my World of Warcraft character and pet to life. This is something I've wanted to see for 17 years. Each step of the way she kept me informed. There were some small changes that I wanted and she was happy to do them. I'm going to be a return customer!
Paid attention to every character detail I mentioned down to the last tattoo! Was very friendly and professional and produced a high quality (not to mention STUNNING) product in a timely manner.
Beautiful artwork! I wanted to gift my boyfriend a picture of his character since its his birthday. There was contact and updates throughout the process, options to choose from, minor variation requests were met, and it came out beautifully! Highly recommend!
The picture came out beautifully. The image is very high quality and the artist definitely captured everything my girl loves. She couldn't be happier with it and neither could I. I high recommend this item!
A genuinely fantastic commission!! Jan from FondlyFramed did a stellar job painting my character from Baldur's Gate III, he looks INCREDIBLE!! The artist was very polite to work with and I absolutely recommend getting a commission for yourself!
He is the best artist in Etsy I already reviewed 2 times but I will do it again. The artist is very communicative with customer and if you are specifically ask detailly he will follow what you will ask
The quality is top notch see for yourself by looking at her pics. Her customer service was legit the best I have ever had going above and beyond to capture my vision. Which speaking of it turned out even better then I could ever imagined. I highly recommend her if you have a cool idea for your character or even just the character them self. If I could go above 5 stars i would
This is my first time commissioning an artwork from somebody so I was a little uncertain, but this seller was amazing they kept me updated the whole time and the art perfectly resembled what I wanted even after I forgot a relatively annoying thing they worked to add it in.
Artist gets the vision like no one else and makes what you want happen! So beautiful, such incredible, thoughtful work. Care to detail is immense, responsive to messages and quick to make edits you request. Amazing service, amazing art, and I will be so happy to get more art in the future! :)
A very wonderful and professional experience! Jan's communication and attention to detail have made this my easiest commission experience to date! The finished portraits nail the character and match the specifications perfectly... Everything was delivered promptly with frequent updates.
I was drawn to Jan's works due to how visually stunning they were and also seeing portraits of FFXIV characters... Jan completely blew it out of the water... A super pleasant experience... Fast to respond and keeps you updated... Great art takes time and the pieces I got were so worth it! I'll be coming back for more in the future!

Your character. Your vision. No compromises.
Most artists give you 2-3 rounds, then charge extra. Not here.
I know that moment when you see your character but something's off: the eyes, the stance, something you can't even name yet.
That's why we keep refining until you get that feeling:
"That's them. That's exactly them."
No extra charges. No impatient emails. Just patience until they look exactly how they've always looked in your mind.

This is the second part of a combine art work, (my very first commissioned purchased by the way) and it went incredibly well. In the first version there was something I wanted to change, she did the change in a very short amount of time and match perfectly what I wanted. I absolutely recommend her work.
