SHIPPING POLICY
OVERVIEW
At FramedFantasy, we strive to ensure that your order is carefully produced and shipped to you in a timely manner. Each product is made to order, ensuring the highest quality standards before being sent to you. Please review the following information regarding our shipping policies, including processing times, estimated delivery times, and other shipping-related details.
By placing an order with FramedFantasy, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.
ORDER PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIME
Since all of our items are custom-made upon order, production times may vary depending on the product type and order volume. The estimated processing times are as follows:
- Digital Products: Delivered electronically within 2 weeks per character you ordered.
- Fine Art Prints & Posters: Typically processed and printed within 2-5 business days.
- Canvas, Acrylic, and Metal Prints: Due to the specialized nature of these items, production may take 5-7 business days before shipping.
- Other Products: Processing times will be noted on the individual product page.
Processing times are separate from shipping times, meaning that the total time before receiving your order includes both processing and shipping.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.
SHIPPING TIMES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping times vary based on destination, product type, and shipping method chosen at checkout. Below are estimated transit times:
Domestic (United States) Shipping Estimates:
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days
International Shipping Estimates:
- Standard International Shipping: 7-21 business days (varies by country and customs clearance times)
- Expedited International Shipping: 5-10 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and not guaranteed. While most orders arrive within these timeframes, external factors such as weather, customs processing, and carrier delays may impact actual delivery times.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, shipping destination, and selected shipping method. We offer the following options:
- Standard Shipping
- Expedited Shipping
- Overnight Shipping (where available)
- International Shipping (pricing varies by region)
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions. These will be clearly advertised on our website when available.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & INTERNATIONAL TAXES
For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. Customs policies vary by country, and we recommend checking with your local customs office to determine any potential charges.
FramedFantasy is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees incurred upon delivery. If an order is returned to us due to unpaid customs duties, the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
ADDRESS ACCURACY & NON-DELIVERABLE ORDERS
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to re-send the package.
If you realize there is an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at Jan@FondlyFramed.com. We can update your address only if the order has not yet been shipped.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
FramedFantasy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, we recommend the following steps:
- Check with neighbors, household members, or building management to see if they accepted the package on your behalf.
- Wait 24-48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered before actual delivery occurs.
- Contact the shipping carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL) with your tracking number for assistance.
- If the package is still missing, contact us at Jan@FondlyFramed.com and we will do our best to assist you.
For damaged packages, please send clear photos of the damaged product and packaging within 7 days of delivery to Jan@FondlyFramed.com so we can assess the issue and provide a resolution.
MULTIPLE ITEM ORDERS & SEPARATE SHIPMENTS
If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments due to differing production times and fulfillment locations. You will receive tracking updates for each shipment as they are dispatched.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking details may take 24-48 hours to update after shipment.
To track your order, use the tracking number provided in your email and visit the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL).
DELIVERY ISSUES & FAILED DELIVERIES
If an order cannot be delivered due to reasons such as an incomplete address, unclaimed package, or refusal of delivery, it may be returned to us. In such cases:
- You may request the item to be re-shipped at your expense.
- If you choose to cancel the order instead of re-shipping, a partial refund (excluding the original shipping cost) may be issued.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
Since all products are made-to-order, we can only accept order cancellations or changes within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing has begun, modifications cannot be made.
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please email Jan@FondlyFramed.com as soon as possible.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING DELAYS
During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, and major holidays), processing and shipping times may be extended due to increased order volume. We recommend placing orders well in advance to ensure timely delivery.
FramedFantasy is not responsible for holiday-related carrier delays and encourages customers to check estimated shipping times at checkout.
