How do I get started?

1. Click "Secure My Slot" and check out, you'll instantly receive my Ultimate Character Blueprint after you checkout.

2. Fill it out Your way - Add as much or as little detail as you want. Some clients write novels, others just a few lines. Both work perfectly! Be sure to include screenshots!

3. I review everything carefully - If anything's unclear, I'll reach out with quick questions to make sure I nail your vision. (I accept all commissions except NSFW or heavy gore - and in the rare case I can't take yours, you get a same-day 100% refund)

4. See your character in 2 weeks - Most clients are thrilled with the first concept and just request minor tweaks. But you get unlimited revisions until it's perfect - that's my promise.

5. Living Motion - If you ordered this upgrade, you'll receive your breathing portrait 3-5 days after the final art. Watch your character actually come alive!

How do I describe my character?

I'll guide you through the commission process step-by-step. Many of my clients are first-time commissioners, so you're in good company.

If you'd like to be extra prepared, you're welcome to grab the free Character Blueprint and fill that out with as much or as little detail as you feel comfortable with.

Otherwise, you can simply make a purchase, and I'll personally walk you through everything from there. My goal is to make this easy and enjoyable for you!

My character wears intricate raid gear or has complex weapons. Can you draw that?

Absolutely! I enjoy rendering detailed armor sets and unique weapon designs.

Please provide the clearest screenshots or references you can for the specific gear.

What is the Heroic Money‑Back Guarantee?

After I deliver your polished concept (in around 2 weeks), you will have 3 days to decide if the art feels right. If not, just email me, I'll refund you in full.

Once I start revisions, the guarantee ends. Simple, risk‑free, and there so you can commission with confidence. (See the full Refund Policy for the fine print.)

Can you draw my whole raid team, static, or guild group?

Yes! Group portraits celebrating your shared victories and camaraderie are definitely possible. It's a great way to commemorate your team. Just let me know the number of characters when you fill out the Blueprint so we can plan the composition. Each member will need to purchase an individual portrait.

What if my commission isn’t something you can do?

If your brief turns out to be something I don’t take on (NSFW, heavy gore, or full‑mech designs), I’ll tell you right away and issue a 100 % refund the same day.

So there’s zero risk—you either receive the portrait you envision, or every penny back.
