Jan was awesome in getting everything I wanted depicted, the way I wanted it! We went back and forth a few times with edits I wanted, and it came out looking wonderful!

The artist delivered exactly what I wanted. She was very communicative throughout the entire process and took the time needed to get it just right. I couldn't be happier with the final product. I really enjoyed working with her and would happily do so again.

Excellent work and customer service
High quality custom artwork! The artist was able to capture everything I was after and I'm very pleased with the result. It looks gorgeous! I got custom artwork made for a mixtape album for my fiancee for our anniversary. We was blown away by it 🌹
She absolutely killed this custom cover for my story!! it's everything i wanted! I've gotten so many compliments on it already!! Highly recommend her work!🤍
I absolutely love the final product! Jan asks questions and really gets to know your character, right down to the mood of the portrait. She's a pleasure to work with and does stunning work.
Jan is great to work with. She's super detail oriented and asked me tons of questions to get my vision just right. I am so pleased with the final product; it is gorgeous work.
Jan is just so sweet and talented! I really enjoyed working with her! She listened to all of my character's lore and implemented all of the little features that she has! The result is just gorgeous! I will certainly use it for her D&D character sheet and Magic The Gathering homemade card ;)
Amazing work! I absolutely love how my character came out!

Amazing service! They are very timely and a great artist!
Absolutely worth the upgrade to fully visualize your character!
I come to Jan for all my character art in my books and she always delivers a great item! This is probably the 4th time I've left a review. She is easy to work with and puts in the effort to make sure she understands what you are asking for. The whole process does tend to take a while though, so make sure you order the image far in advance of when you actually need it.
I upgraded for my commission and I'm so glad I did, the added details were so worth it!
I cannot recommend Jan enough, she was so thorough with discussing the details and what I wanted from this art and the end product is even better than I could have imagined!! She really brought my girl to life, and I will definitely be coming back for any future commissions!
Got an upgrade for my art commission and was very happy with the results!!
Once again, Jan made my character art visions come to life. This character is near and dear to my heart because she is my first, my Tootsie. Due to in campaign events there was a large stretch of time between my first one-shot with Tootsie versus her now in current campaign. I wanted art that showed both versions of this character and Jan ran with it beautifully. She took every piece of lore and backstory and brought it to life perfectly. Always a joy to work with.
My commission is perfect. Thank you, Jan.
Beautiful art. Just what I wanted.
Franzer was and is a character near and dear to my heart. The little troublemaker needed the right hand to capture the moxie and chutzpah of his personality, and Jan did that in spades. To look at him, you know he knows how this fight is going to go, and do you really want to find that out for yourself? This was my second portrait with Jan, and as the first, she was very responsive to my wants at the start, and my comments for adjustments and tweaks - during the process she essentially invented an insignia that I intend to use as his mark in the future. It was a pleasure working with Jan again, and it is not the last time. Highly recommended if you are looking for your RPG character, your story protagonist, or just the fantasy image you've imagined foreve and want to see made real.
Store owner replied: Thank you so much, Noam! Likewise, it’s always a pleasure working with you, and I really appreciate the lovely review. I’m so glad I got to bring Franzer to life :)
I just loved working with Jan and all the add-ons and organized products she offered along the way!
Jan was so amazing to work with and I love the final product!
I ordered several character pieces for my debut gothic dystopian romance. Jan was wonderful to work with and asked extremely detailed questions to get the pieces right. She corrected things quickly and was a breeze to work with. She's definitely found a repeat customer! Thank you, Jan!
Very talented and always responsive. She's great to work with!
Jan really knows how to work with you and is patient when email communication goes awry. Will come back for my other characters in time.
Store owner replied: Thank you for the kind words! Looking forward to working with you again Marjorie!

Was responsive, listened to what I wanted and made sure I felt heard!
Jan has been a consummate professional and a wonderful visionary. I've enjoyed working with her every step of the way! She's careful, considerate, and even thought of small details that I honestly hadn't before. She made my Returned weapon Master, Hrod, come to life far more realized than I ever could. If you have even an inkling that you'd like to have a character portrait made, Jan is the person to turn to!
Store owner replied: Thank you for the lovely review Stewart! 🥹 It was a pleasure bringing Hrod to life!
Leaving my review here on the main portrait item itself too! Absolutely stunning work, really lovely artist, genuinely can't recommend more!
