At first I was a little concerned by the price. But I can tell you, fully, it was worth it. The care and time the artist took with what I wanted can not say enough about the character of the artist. It really felt like they cared about bringing my character to life. They took everything I said, and applied it to their artwork. I can not say enough good things about this process. Easy to reach, happy to take ideas and even easier to work with.
This was my first time ever getting art done for a character, and if you are the fence, I could not recommend -this- artist enough.

I come to Jan for all my character art in my books and she always delivers a great item! This is probably the 4th time I've left a review. She is easy to work with and puts in the effort to make sure she understands what you are asking for. The whole process does tend to take a while though, so make sure you order the image far in advance of when you actually need it.

Jan is a dream to work with! I commissioned her for 11 pieces of artwork to celebrate my D&D group's 10 year anniversary, and every single piece turned out amazing! She created a mix of character portraits and landscape pieces, and she treated each piece with incredible care and attention to detail. From the beginning, I knew I was going to get the pieces printed and bound into an art book, and Jan was great about keeping key elements away from the sides and away from the center so I could print them full bleed. The book came out amazing, and I'm so grateful to Jan for helping to bring my group's special memories to life!
